Thursday Leslie Wind joins us for another Yarn Crawl! Leslie Wind is known for her unique jewelry for fiber artists. She is always fun and everyone leaves with a piece of her love.
Friday and Saturday we welcome lace knitter, Sue Krantz. Sue a retired teacher and musician, has been knitting lace for just a short time, but has perfected the skills to make amazing lace items. Learn how to read a lace pattern, pick the best yarn for your project and how to create those intricate stitches. Sue will have a selection of lace projects in different stages that reflect the beginning, middle and advanced stages of lacemaking. Friday 11-5:00, Saturday 11-3:00.
Saturday learn the Phycology of Color with Sheila Selby. Sheila is a life-long knitter, crafter, and artist. She’s a retired interior designer who was frequently sought out for her color expertise. Sheila will be at the shop at 3:00 to help you pick out the perfect color(s) for your project. Stay for the Saturday Night Knitting Club when she explains to you exactly what color means and how it affects your life.
